black friday haul and yummys

A little late, as usual, but here is my Black Friday adventure in picture form!
On the left are my sister's clothes, up to the 'Ears Up' and Pink Black Ribbon tee. The rest is my haul from H&M. Ooh, on the top of the picture you can see my large Mashmellow doll.

While shopping on Friday, we needed some sugar to get us going at 3AM and so we hit up some froyo at Yeh! Basically, you get a cup and choose whichever flavor and how much froyo and endlessly top with everything possible.  On the left is the brother's vanilla froyo with strawberry, kiwi, M&M, gummy worms, rice cake, chocolate chips, and mini gummy bears. Yum. On the right is a less colorful candy cane froyo with fruit jelly.

Black French tips for the day!
--------
Thus concludes my abridged version of Black Friday 2012! After leaving the house at 10PM and staying until 3AM, we decided next year we should just keep to the usual 5AM schedule. It was a worthwhile experience nonetheless. Happy.

Homemade Pumpkin Soup, Korean version. The amazing cook my mother is, she made the entire soup and the rice cakes as well. Best sickness remedy ever. Soo wholesome.

Awwh, doesn't this puppy look like the puppy in the Band-aid commercial? The kiddo I was babysitting was petsitting and I got to watch this cutie sleep and play.

I probably have more interesting things to say but I don't feel like it.
I watched Rise of the Guardians today...it's been like five years since I've watched a movie in the theaters, I really don't enjoy cinema/movies. I prefer cliffhangers and dramas. But Guardians was so so so sooo good.
P.S. Jack Frost may be a cartoon but he is so handsome with that white hair. Gawd, whoever drew him is a genius.

Bah Humbug and other phrases
Hoorah to Thanksgiving Break that has begun today! Yesterday my brain gave me the suddenly pang of guilt for my lack of reading these past days. So I picked up the most-likely-weighs-five-tons Charles Dickens Four Novel collection. Having already read A Tale of Two Cities and in shock that I haven't read A Christmas Carol, I began reading the "bah-hambug" classic this morning and finished it with overfilling buckets of love. Loooove it. I'm beginning Great Expectations!

Cause sometimes I like to pretend I'm a hamster.

Obviously model-worthy.
So I ask my sister to take pictures of me when I wear outfits I make with effort every morning, but NO CLICKING ONE BUTTON IS TOO HARD. Grrr, I wish I had a photographer to follow me everywhere.

Winter sparkly snowy nails, because I love Christmas...and my bedazzled phone because..why not?

BAP and UKISS dough-version!
I couldn't think of anything more exciting to do with homemade dough therefore...that is my conclusion.

Mimi hits NYC!

Boing! How are my lovely readers doing? As I write this, I am listening to my Christmas playlist (NYSNC has the best Christmas songs).
Down below is my New York City update, much belated, but sweet all the ways! Check it out...
New York City from the Rooftop of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The trees are Central Park!
Rooftop of the Metro! Ignore the face please, the sun was shining!

❤ NY chocolates
We started early with some art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, I'm still bummed about running out of time and not being able to see the Ancient Egyptian exhibitions.  We directly headed to Korea-town by Subway (which scares me every time) to get some dinner. We went into this Food Court with small little Korean restaurant stores in one large building and immediately fell in love.  Mother and I were craving traditional Korean school food (the food sold on streets outside of schools); of course I haven't been in Korea to have them in such atmosphere, but mother always makes them at home for me. hehe.
Waiting hungrily.
We went to The Gochujang: Korean School Food; Gochujang basically means Hot Pepper Paste in Korean.  We ordered: Fry Variety, Hot Fish Cake Soup, and Spicy Rice Cakes. The quantity was so much, father had to help us finish it, hehe. Lil' sister, Yejin had this urge to eat sushi, so checked out Mr. Fish. It was funny because all the foods on the menu were named after K-pop stars, Yejin had Sistar Sushi, harhar.
Mr.Fish: Sistar Sushi, miso soup, and mashed potatoes with cucumbers!
A pot full of a variety of fried yummys (included calamari, starch noodles wrapped in seaweed laver, sweet potato, punpkin), a large cup of soup and fish cake on sticks, and spicy rice cake with egg! SO G
So much fish cake...

Next stop was the Ice Skating Rink at Rockefeller Center! Funny thing is, I refused to skate because it was way too expensive, but I just told my dad that I wanted to skate later with my future sexy boyfriend.  :)

Pretty!
After thirty minutes of skating and whatnots, we trekked to Times Square! CHEESE!

It was around 11PM when we got back to our little apartment-hotel place of stay. It was so cute..

----
Next morning, we united with Uncle who had come from Switzerland for a medical retreat.  Needing some warm soup, we had traditional Korean Beef Soup at GangNaMoogul. Yum.

The day basically ended with bread from Tour Les Jours, shopping at Korean supermarkets, and selfies at IKEA. That's my New York City trip in a nutshell. Nuts.

give me bap!
My favorite stills from the B.A.P music video! Check out the music video, it will probably be the best thing you will ever see.
Okay, the lettuce, ham and bun flying at his face was probably the best scene ever. Bang Youngguk.

Look below for my husband.  He seriously ranks number two on my Ideal Type list right now....right after Seo Inguk.

EVERYONE WATCH IT. I order thee to. The song is actually really catchy. It has a 90s K-pop vibe to it....PLUS ZELO IS SO CUTE.
